Our
mission is to create a campus community that supports a
high quality of instruction and has a positive affect on
the lives of our students, enabling them to succeed in school,
college, career and life.
The school provides opportunities to every child to grow
with inquisitive, alert and receptive mind. Regular competitions
in creative arts like music, art and painting are held.
The children within school campus are encouraged to converse
in English. This is mainly to facilitate children to pick
up fluency in English language as early as possible.
Extracurricular
activities are designed to meet the varied interests of
the School's diverse student body. Qualified students nominated
by classmates serve as Class Monitors, House Captains and
Prefects. These student leaders maintain order in the dorms,
monitor student-behavior as needed, and oversee the work
program. All students are assigned routine tasks involved
with the upkeep of the buildings and grounds and the general
operation of the School.
Students
take the initiative in publishing a yearbook, a newspaper,
and a creative writing magazine. They stage plays and choral
events and plan outings, dances and other activities.
During
winter-weekends students have the opportunities to stay
on campus for dances, cultural events such as lectures,
concerts and plays, or leave the campus on short school
trips to local towns for excursions. During summer- weekends
there are trips to local picnic spots near water streams
flowing between hills and along the forests. Some weekends
over the year are utilized to go and watch movies in theaters
or visit shopping malls.
